Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Fashion Accessories-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Hygiene products (e.g., earrings, hair accessories)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital goods (e.g., downloadable content)
- Perishable items (e.g., items with a limited shelf life)
Return Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in their original condition. This means:
- Items must be unworn and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.
- Items must be free from any odors, stains, or signs of wear.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
